The fourth annual Grassroots Radio Conference hosted by community radio stations WERU of Blue Hill, ME and KGNU of Boulder, CO will take place August 20-23, 1999 at College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, Maine.

GRC4 will feature workshops and panels on grassroots programming, production, fundraising, training, media and democracy, tribal radio, youth radio, radio activism, microbroadcasting, community outreach, governance, internet radio, staffing and more.

College of the Atlantic is located on the coast of Maine in Bar Harbor, close to the town of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Dorm rooms will be available for conference attendees.
